Shipping

Our shipping costs are at the lowest possible rates. Our JOX understand that the shipping is different from what you are used to paying in some cases depending on which brands and/or products you purchase. Our inventory ships from multiple warehouses around the world. Please note: Sometimes when shipping from overseas (for example: Europe, Asia, and South America, we have no choice but to pass on the higher pricing required for express courier services from some countries to ensure both safe and timely delivery.

• UNITED STATES: Shipping from the USA is from $7.50 for most US and Canadian brands and $12 for foreign brands.
• EUROPE: Shipping from Europe is from $11 for most European brands and $14 for most international brands. 
• ASIA: Shipping from Asia is from $12 for most Asian brands and $16 for most international brands.
• We DO NOT ship to PO boxes!!!

Delivery can take up to about 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and what warehouse your items are shipped from. Sometimes, it is a few days and in most cases, it will not be longer than 3-4 weeks. Please note: Lead time (if applicable) is stated on the product description(s) and is in addition to delivery time. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time.

In the rare case that a product is not available at the time of your order, or the price is published in error, we reserve the right to NOT fulfill. At our discretion, we may hold or ship the available part(s) (if any) of your order and inform you of any back ordered or sold out items by email and will wait for your reply by email.
